Shipping policy

Shipping & Click and Collect

Orders are sent using Pass the Parcel, with collections Monday to Friday at approximately 3pm. We aim to dispatch orders placed before 3pm the same day. Orders placed after collection or during the weekend will be collected the following business day.

Delivery usually takes 1–3 business days after collection. Once a parcel leaves our store, delivery is managed by the courier and delays may occur outside our control. We will assist with tracking and delivery enquiries where possible.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order has been dispatched.

Rural delivery may incur an additional charge. If this applies, we will contact you before dispatching your order.

Click and collect from Summer Sessions, Matakana Village, is usually ready within two hours. We will notify you when your order is ready.
